We spent five days in Venice, five days in Florence, soaking in the sights and sounds. Visited the Architettura Biennale, a Zaha Hadid exhibition, the Santa Maria del Fiore and many more.

I particularly enjoyed the squares with fountains - where people would gather. Walking around was great, especially with how many alleys and shortcuts Venice has, getting from one place to another felt like a recreational stroll more than a means of commute.

I however also enjoyed benches, which are underrated in architecture and should definitely be provisioned for much more.
